R & D department

In Yiduan's R & D department, our design team is dedicated to products' design and development. With the support of CAD (computer-aided design), CAE (computer-aided engineering) and CAM (computer-aided manufacturing), its products possess good performance in functionality, reasonability and economic efficiency, which well meet customers' requirements.

Manufacturing workshop

Yiduan's manufacturing workshop is clean and well ordered. It is installed with steel structure and long-span roof. Meanwhile, the manufacturing workshop is also equipped with high-tech machining equipment from home and abroad, including Niles gear grinding machine from Germany, Toshiba floor-type boring and milling machine from Japan, CNC lathe, precision detecting instrument, and whole set of testing equipment for physical and chemical properties. These machines well meet the production needs in Yiduan.

Quality inspection and control

Yiduan's production is highly in accordance with ISO international quality control system. All the finished products will undergo a series of tests, including reliability test, dynamic detection, 72-hour testing and etc. Only qualified ones are allowed to be sold, which highly ensures the high quality of our products.

Products' testing from customers

Yiduan's products have won unanimous support from our customers. Customers from overseas countries, such as The United States, Russia, Singapore, India and Algeria, could even come to our plant and deliver an on-site testing.
